Kids 5-7: Run 1.0 Km + Bike 1.0 Km + Sprint to Finish

Kids 8-10: Run 2.5 Km + Bike 2.5 Km + Sprint to Finish

Stage 1: Run + 3 Obstacles

Stage 2: Bike + 5 Obstacles
Jumping jacks required for obstacles uncompleted!
